Our certificate programs equip business, government, nonprofit, and higher education, and philanthropic professionals with the practical tools, strategies, and confidence they need to build, manage, and scale mission-driven work.

Consortium Building & Partnerships: This program equips businesses, community agencies, higher education, social impact leaders, and community organizations with strategies to build and sustain cross-sector partnerships. Key topics include consortium design, strategic partnerships, collaborative governance, collective impact, and long-term sustainability.

Grant Writing Basics & Grant/Contract Management: This program equips mission-driven professionals with practical skills to write competitive grant proposals and manage awarded funds effectively. Topics include grant writing, funding research, navigating public vs. private grants, and post-award management.

  • Program Evaluation & Compliance: This program equips nonprofit professionals, program managers, philanthropic partners, and social impact leaders with the tools to assess effectiveness, ensure compliance, and make data-informed decisions. Participants will explore key topics including evaluation frameworks, data analysis, impact measurement, data-driven decision-making, and compliance.
  • Nonprofit Startup & Growth: This program supports new, early-stage, and aspiring nonprofit leaders in building strong, sustainable organizations. Participants learn the business of running a nonprofit, including operations, finance, and strategy, along with core topics like legal setup, board governance, fundraising, technology, and organizational development.
  • Program Finance & Budgeting: This program is designed for professionals who are responsible for managing program budgets, overseeing grant funds, and collaborating with finance teams. Participants will gain practical skills to improve budget development, monitor spending, and ensure financial accountability. Key topics include budget tracking, financial reporting, fund management, and cost allocation.
