Dr. Jolie Mason joined MissionQuest in 2024 where she focuses on project management, consortium building, training facilitation, grant writing, and program evaluation. She is an accomplished leadership coach and consultant with over two decades of hands-on leadership and nonprofit experience. Dr. Mason believes that our intersecting identities and unique lived experiences are vital contributions to leadership approaches. She is dedicated to holding space for her clients, fostering an environment where they can learn, develop, and strategize collaboratively.

She has held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director where she developed and refined her expertise in organizational strategy and operational efficiency. Dr. Mason holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Passionate about mission-driven work, she is committed to empowering nonprofits, government agencies, philanthropies, and private sector firms working alongside marginalized communities to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape, ensuring they continue making meaningful impacts.
