Tiffany Budzinski has over 13 years of experience providing fund development and community building services that include grant writing and research, managing government sponsored programs, providing technical assistance, and designing evaluation assessments. Ms. Budzinski has successfully secured over $7 million from federal, state, and local grants from the Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Office of Minority Health (OMH), the Small Business Administration (SBA), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Education, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S.EPA). In 2009 she received the Environmental Justice Award and the Citizen Excellence in Community Involvement Award from the U.S. EPA.

Ms. Budzinski earned a Master’s in Public Policy & Administration (M.P.A.) from California State University Long Beach in 2012 where she graduated with an honorable recognition of Magna Cum Laude and was initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Alpha Alpha, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo. She is a member of the Project Management Institute. Ms. Budzinski is bilingual and bicultural, English and Vietnamese.
