Carolyn Bell has worked her entire life building positive relationships that include fairness and good standards all of which started with her parents and a large family of 10. She has always respected people regardless of nationalities. She has the talent for putting people at ease and excellent communication skills. Carolyn has worked in outside sales for companies such as Sprint, Pitney Bowes and Bradshaw Incorporated where she managed territories and successfully supplied services to businesses throughout Southern California.

Carolyn has successfully managed numerous government contracts including Recovery ACT and the Governor’s Statewide Get Out the Vaccine. Carolyn Bell received a Business Administration Degree from the University of La Verne.
